OK. So sometimes I just make something pretty without knowing why. I call these my "boudoir collection," because they are small and have bedroom eyes. What I like best about this one is the rusty (sealed, so it won't continue to rust, naturally) bolt in the middle of all the frilly parts.

All "Empire" lamps include new sockets, plugs and wiring. Every lamp is a unique combination of found objects produced in our Northern CA studios. The shades use heavy acid-free rag papers and are preserved with UV and moisture-lock archival protection.
